I can't sign in
Use the email address your league has on file. If you don't remember your password, choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us and we'll sort it out.
How do I join my league?
Leagues invite their own members. Ask your league organizer for their MahjMate link — it looks like yourleague.playmahjmate.com. If you already have an account, sign in there and you're in.
I'm not getting notifications
Check Profile → notification settings first. For push notifications on the iPhone app, also check iOS Settings → Notifications → MahjMate. You can choose email or text message instead; text messages are optional and you can turn them off any time.
How do I block someone?
On any message in a game thread, tap Block. You won't see that player's messages again. To undo it, go to Profile → Blocked players → Unblock. To report a message to your league's organizer, use “Report misuse” on the game page.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account, on the web or in the app. Deleting removes your personal information. Past game scores may remain in your league's history without your name attached so previous seasons still add up.
Questions about a payment
League dues and season fees are charged by your league, not by MahjMate — your league organizer can answer questions about amounts, refunds, and receipts. If you can't reach them, write to us and we'll help you find the right person.
